Return + Refund Policy

Elmorecornerstore.com uses a Third Party Print-On-Demand service to produce, print and ship all products. Every piece is created upon ordering. This reduces waste both in labor and material. For this reason we cannot accept returns based on buyer's remorse as your item cannot be returned and resold by Elmore. 

 

In the case that an item is damaged or mislabeled we will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement of the same item in the same size. For a replacement transaction please send us an email entitled ITEM REPLACEMENT REQUEST along with your confirmation number.

 

ITEM REPLACEMENT REQUEST - CONFIRMATION NUMBER. 

 

In the email please share a detailed description of the issue and include quality photos that clearly display the issue. We will be happy to assist and re-ship the product for you. For the replacement of a damaged or mislabeled product the request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days we will not be able to honour your request. Elmore will respond to your request within 3 business days.

 

When appropriate, we can offer a full refund up until the corresponding 30 day return deadline mentioned above. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card / bank account, depending on the financial institution
